- Do I own the photos?
All our photos include shared usage rights for our clients to use in ALL forms of media.
- Can I share them with my buyer and sellers?
Absolutely! We know we are in a turn key market where a lot of the homes we photograph for our clients will be used for vacation rentals so we allow you to use them in ALL forms of media.
- When will I get my photos and videos?
Our delivery for photos is next day, typically 24 hours from the time of the photoshoot but often times sooner. We shoot and edit all videos ourselves and deliver our mini clips next day and our luxury videos within 48 hours but often times it is much sooner.
- What if it is overcast or not optimal weather?
We have a blue sky guarantee so that even if it's overcast or not ideal outside we will replace the sky with a blue one. We are always happy to reschedule if the weather is not cooperating too. You can also reschedule in our mobile app.
- How do I pay and when do I pay?
You pay after we delivery your photos and video. You will receive an email with a link to your photos and video with a "Pay now" button. If you use our mobile app you will receive an instant notification.
- Do I need to be there for the appointment.
You don't have to be at the appointment we only need an access code and a contact number so we can text you when we leave and let you know we have locked the property back up for you.
- Can I access my photos and videos in your mobile app too?
Yes! Our mobile app is full service. You can access all of your photos, videos, floor plans, invoices and more. You can also book directly in our mobile app.
- Do I need to pay before seeing my photos?
You will be able to preview your photos before you pay and if you need help with a delayed payment program we are happy to help.
